I liked how the course followed a method of learning how to coach and the practical peer training between the new coaches. By day four’s review, it all came together. I also liked the different learning techniques (NLP) and how to pick up what our clients are actually saying when they don’t really now they are really saying it. Yes I would recommend F.W.I., it is just the right about of time, though a lot is packed into those four days. Great Coaching Course. Update: I searched out other online coaching courses for about a year and decided upon taking Wainwright Global’s coach training online. The methods taught and the order of the training, written materials, homework, and instructor were great and make it all come together at the end of the training. The group and one-on-one interactive sessions with other students/instructor lets you know what coaching is really l like. The instructor was great and always ready to answer our questions. I enjoyed learning about the vision statement, receiving mine and also writing one for my fellow student. Your 16-hour program is a great fit in our busy lives; especially those that are working a 9-5 job and wanting to start their own business. And let’s not forget to mention that the cost of the coaching course just can’t be beat! I’m glad I participated in this excellent coach training.

What I liked most was the ability to do this on-line. I didn’t feel like I gave up my family entirely for the weekend. I hadsnippets of time for them. The exercises were great, even though I dreaded them initially, the insight I gained from having to do both sides of the coaching process was invaluable, moving and lasting. The fellowship and connection with my classmates was beyond what I thought possible. This has been a great experience. I have had a lot of fun and gained a lot of knowledge and tools. To be honest, when I first signed up I thought “okay, I will sit through this deal for a couple days and I will be open minded but I doubt I will learn a whole lot more than what I already know” Boy, was I wrong! Linda is awesome and I feel I gained some new connections in the world. The exercises were excellent. You get taken out of your comfort zone and really get to do some real work with other people. I’d absolutely recommend this course. I happen to have a friend who owns a treatment program and told me he was thinking of having some of his staff get certified as coaches. He was making the decision based on my recommendation of this course. Therefore, you should be getting some new students pretty soon!
Learning the coaching process system and feeling more confident now that I have additional tools to use was great. I think I will really enjoy the business/marketing learning we are about to do, too. The Personalized Vision Statement was my favorite part of the class, Because it helps client believe in themselves and encourages the client to make it happen in their life…to make their dreams come true. Yes I would recommend this course, it is informative and fun! Update: I really enjoyed the certification program. I found some unique tools to blend, creatively with my own methods. I liked that it was online and way more affordable than anything else out there. The most valuable aspect of the course is the instructor. She is someone who has been out there and doing it, so can recall actual experience while going through the material. Yes, I would recommend this. It’s a very convenient way of gaining valuable tools, whether for personal or professional use. Regardless of whether you have decided to become a coach for the public or not, everybody can learn something and gain from this course.

The interaction with the other students and the structured process for getting the information a coach needs in order to effectively service their clients. The Client Intake Form is crucial for beginning the process, and the Circle of Personal Perspective is essential for completing the client intake process. The most valuable aspect of the course is learning how to use Socratic questioning to get the right information, and using the Modality Indicators to determine the type of learner you are working with so that you can utilize the correct questioning tools. There are different approaches to dealing with the Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic learners. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in job coaching. It is focused and provides you with information that you can use immediately to service your clients. Some courses give you a lot of reading but no real clear path to performing the job coaching task. The hand’s on coaching session with other students helped us to be able to walk away from this class and put what we have learned into practice. Good course. I was skeptical about taking this course at first, but now, I am totally sold on it.

I am utterly amazed in the way this course helped me. If it can do that for me in just two days, think of what I can help my clients do over several months! The actual doing…creating the wheels ourselves. Having ownership of the process and doing it makes it sink in and we really, truly learn. YES! It’s effective, easily affordable, and I loved the small class size. This allowed intimacy within the group. I also loved that I could do it in my home, because of where I live it is hard to make it to a physical location for a school/university.
I liked the interaction and powerful moments of realization. I also liked the exercises of coaching and being coached. Coaching gave me the confidence to be able to do this for my clients and Being coached made me see how it feels so that I can more easily put myself in the position of my client. I loved the information it provided and that it allowed for such a diverse group of people to come together looking for the same thing. The guidelines to the coaching process and the actual coaching exercises were great. Being the client and or coach provided a valuable experience from both sides of the table. That was short and powerful. I really liked Linda our teacher and that it was a small group of 4 of us. Also being in the comfort of my own home was great. I loved being coached myself, because now I understand more what the client will be going through, first hand. It was impactful and direct to the point. I don’t understand why there are coaching courses that spend 6 week!!! I also liked the cost. Thanks for not ripping us off like many other courses do. I enjoyed this course immensely! It was not at all what I expected in the fact that it was empowering and liberating and not your “typical” classroom setting where there is someone “lecturing” and you have no say or no voice. I enjoyed it tremendously as we were able to get to know one another so well and to dig deep, to listen to others. It was perfect because we were actually “being coaches, while being coached!” I am so glad I took this course. Thank you LINDA!! Keep up the GREAT work! The most valuable aspect was each of us being transparent and to know how that feels. I enjoyed the camaraderie, the warmth and direction of the teacher coach for our classes. I also learned a lot about myself which was refreshing and helping. That there is an easy system to use, and that it moves the client along quickly and succinctly. It keeps focused on the client’s goals – so that they will feel they are receiving benefits from the very first session on-wards. I loved doing the practices with each person in the class. I liked the openness of the leaders and group members and the importance of the Socratic Questioning for that it is the most important thing to remember as a Life Coach. Yes I would recommend F.W.I. because it was informative and insightful.

What I liked most about this course what the practical, clear, educational, positive, fun and exciting approach to the coaching profession. It was a great course and provided a great foundation to becoming a successful coach. Elizabeth was a great instructor! Before deciding on WGI, I looked around at numerous other coaching schools. The program covers every aspect of coaching (the background of coaching, the characteristics of a coach, Socratic questioning , NLP techniques and much, much more. I love the compassion, love and “can do” attitude. The way we are all treated with respect. I also really LOVE my classmates. The material is clear and easy to follow although I do wish the work-book charts were larger, but I can always write in a notebook. I alsom liked the encouragement and working one on one with my fellow classmates in the exercises. I love the interviews and being interviewed. The care we put into each other is amazing. I would absolutely recommend this course! It’s fun, interactive, Great Coaches. Very giving and patient. And I hope I can continue to connect with classmates and that there is some set up for networking here too. Cannot go wrong here.

I liked the interaction with the others in the class, we were a small group so we could have this iteration. Getting to hone my skills in a different way in order to go from therapist to coach was my favorite aspect. For me, I loved the length of time and not having to listen to verbiage that was unnecessary. The price made it affordable. As I stated, it is condensed, pointed, covered exactly what is needed to be effected, priced right and you can come back for refreshers and I think right on the mark to get you where you need to be as an effective coach.

What do you feel the most valuable aspect of the course is and why The interaction between the class members/instructor and the layout of materials was very valuable. It is well organized, simple, and easy to follow. I learn by doing and the class was set up for us to do just that. I already have recommended this course…in fact I, in a normal telephone conversation with a friend I encouraged her to see that she has already been coaching and that she had previously coached me and was coaching me this morning with her encouragement and support. This course was fabulous. I checked out others and this one was time conscious, very precise and organized and reasonably priced to take advantage of NOW… The others would have taken awhile to find funding and then 6 months or more to complete. That is just too much time.
