Transform Lives. Develop Leaders. Experience the Power of Learning Together.

Some skills are best developed through personal interaction, hands-on practice, and meaningful conversations.

At Wainwright Global, our in-person Certified Professional Coach (CPC®) training combines a proven, step-by-step coaching system with the energy and engagement of a live classroom experience.

Whether you're an organization seeking to develop stronger leaders or an individual preparing to become a professional coach, our intensive 16-hour training provides practical tools, real coaching experience, and the confidence to put your new skills into action.

Corporate & Organizational Training

Bring Professional Coaching Into Your Organization

What if your managers could do more than manage people? What if they could inspire them to discover solutions, take ownership, and reach their full potential?

Today's most effective leaders recognize that developing people is just as important as directing their work.

Wainwright Global brings professional coaching education directly to your organization, helping managers, supervisors, executives, and team leaders develop the skills to empower employees, improve communication, strengthen accountability, and create a more collaborative workplace.

Option 1: Corporate CPC® Certification

Professional Coach Certification — Customized for Your Organization

Our complete 16-hour Certified Professional Coach (CPC®) program equips your leadership team with the Wainwright Method™ — A Step-by-Step Coaching System.

Participants learn practical coaching techniques, experience coaching firsthand, and practice real coaching conversations in a supportive, interactive environment.

But here's what makes our corporate training different.

In our standard certification program, the final four hours include the certification examination and business-development training.

For corporate groups, we replace the business-development portion with something directly relevant to their organization.

From Learning to Implementation

Hour 13: Certification Examination

Participants complete their CPC® certification examination.

Hours 14–16: Integrating Coaching Into the Workplace

Participants engage in a facilitated roundtable discussion built around one powerful question:

“How Can I Integrate Coaching Into What I Already Do for My Company?”

Because corporate training groups often include employees from different departments, the discussion creates opportunities for collaboration, fresh perspectives, and practical problem-solving.

Together, participants explore how coaching can help them:

  • Develop employees and encourage greater personal responsibility.
  • Improve communication and strengthen working relationships.
  • Help team members discover solutions rather than simply receive instructions.
  • Build confidence, accountability, and initiative.
  • Navigate workplace challenges more effectively.
  • Encourage collaboration across departments.
  • Create an environment where employees feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Every Participant Leaves With an Action Plan

During the final portion of the training, participants develop a personal Coaching Integration Action Plan.

They identify opportunities to apply coaching within their existing responsibilities, select specific actions they can implement immediately, and establish ways to evaluate their progress.

The result?

Your organization gains more than employees who have completed professional coach training.

You gain leaders equipped with practical coaching skills and a plan for using them to help their people — and your organization — thrive.

Option 2: Customized Leadership Coaching Workshops

Not Every Organization Needs a Full Certification Program.

Some organizations want to introduce coaching skills to their leadership teams without committing to the complete 16-hour certification program.

Wainwright Global also offers customized, non-certification leadership coaching workshops focused on the needs of your organization.

These interactive workshops can help managers and team leaders strengthen communication, encourage accountability, develop employees, and incorporate coaching techniques into everyday leadership situations.

We'll work with you to determine the training objectives and format that best support your team.
